Kowaki is a street performer and "menace" that haunts the general populace.
General Information
Personality
Excitable to a theatrical extreme, Kowaki is a bit absurd due to the sheer melodrama of his behavior. He'll appear behind people to haunt them,
and ask for offerings of liquor for the sake of bolstering his power in exchange for blessings. Due to this, he's also empathetic; he'll give advice, and it'll even be half decent too.
He enjoys telling stories about his life or general spooky tales, but they're quite exaggerated. This isn't to say he lacks self-awareness, he just really likes attention.
Also, due to his background, he's really bad at telling faces apart.
Backstory
Kowaki was originally built for a theme park’s haunted house, both as attraction and ambient music player. When the theme park shut down though, he really didn’t know what to do with himself.
So he did the only thing he knows; scaring other people in dimly lit environments. People love performance art in this particular city though, so people mostly cheer and give him money.
Because of this and his theme park training, he’s begun to think of himself as a literal spirit... and perhaps that’s true. After all, he should’ve broken down a long time ago.
He’s very popular with the kids.
Relationships
Tekoa
Tekoa himself is kind of predictable, so Kowaki has managed to get some actual scares out of him. This makes him (also predictably) very happy, so he's been chasing that high ever sense. If they're in the same room for too long though, a Shenanigan ™ is bound to happen.
Muse
The silliest people you know love to bother Muse, Kowaki included. Something about the way he very badly appears stoic appeals to him, it's like a puzzle.

Xia
Kowaki follows him around all the time. To gigs, to the convinence store, wherever. Xia gives him a lot of validation for his scares, and in return he would take a nerf bullet for him.
Seimei
Kowaki is generally the one spreading rumors that he does magic for stuff. While he doesn't know pretty much anything about Seimei's past (or the fact he actually might be doing that), there's a mystique to him that Kowaki is all about. If he asked, maybe he would get to see some...
