Muse is a worker at the Yamaha Emporium. He's tasked with keeping the store open along with Tekoa.
General Information
Personality
While he can seem critical and stern, Muse is kind of silly. He often, with a straight face, parrots tsundere talking points as he shows love to his friends.
He isn't mean, though; he cares about others, and will console someone if he thinks he's upset them. The words aren't so much empty as they are affectionate.
That being said, he has quite the nervous streak, and his tsundere-isms can make him seem standoffish to the uninitiated. Not that they would believe that for long.
Backstory
He had once been an advanced military foot soldier, but was unceremoniously scrapped after an accident rendered him “irreparably” broken. His stripped frame was discovered by a zealous computer hobbyist after many years,
who repaired him with second hand parts; only his heart and his frame remained original. The hobbyist was eager to send him out into the world- but what is there for a bot like him to do?
While he won’t admit it to you, when he met Tekoa he quite enjoyed his company; and so agreed to help him run the music shop. They’ve been quite close ever since.
Relationships
Tekoa
His coworker (and more). If you ask Muse himself, he hates Tekoa. He’s annoying and gets on his nerves constantly on purpose. But they really do get along well; they have similar interests and when it’s more quiet they’re often friendly toward each other.
When Tekoa gets himself into antics, Muse doesn’t actually stop him.
In fact, it’s more of an excuse to join him.
Xia
Supposedly fed up with him too, but really Muse can’t help himself from giving into demands either. After all, he’s never been immune to puppy dog eyes. He sometimes helps with certain events, and they're mutual friends through Tekoa.
Seimei
Seimei makes him nervous to be around, but Muse appreciates the values he holds when it comes to music. Seimei, for his part, leaves cash in the register when he isn't looking.
Kowaki
As Kowaki is constantly looking to jumpscare the rare customer, Muse has to convince him to leave. This has escalated to the point where he had to buy shrine maiden cosplay; a thing that somehow worked.
He doesn't have the heart to ban him completely, though. Kowaki really is just genuine in that way.
