Xia is a locally popular soloist and musician. He's known for being mysterious despite their demeanor.
General Information
Personality
Very, extremely silly, and tends to wear their heart on their sleeve. He's deeply emotional but lighthearted in everything he does; a cheapskate but spends thousands on their friends. While some see this as a contradiction in their character, the root of it is really
that they care about the people around them most of all. They like to balance time by themselves with time spent with other people, and took up being a musician for that reason.
He'll always bargain with shopkeeps, but not out of malice. Whatever reduction you give him will probably be returned in some niceity he haggled for if you're kind.
Though, he has a real problem with forgetfulness, especially if he's borrowed something.
Backstory
Who knows! He's certainly not telling.
He literally just showed up one day playing at bars. Questions like "hey man where do you live" are generally handwaved. People say they might be an industry plant, but that was pretty much disproven the moment he started bargaining for goods and services.
Relationships
Tekoa
Despite bargaining so much from him, they’re very good friends, and it can almost feel like they’ve known each other since manufacture.
Muse
As for his opinion on Muse, they really think he should say what he really feels sometimes. Xia thinks he’s cute in that way, though.
Seimei
Xia generally thinks Seimei's just the coolest guy ever. To them he's generally an older wise figure and a role model, so they're very close.
Kowaki
Xia loves to match his energy, especially with the scare actor stuff. Offerings? Sure, here's a full sandwich and some liqour. Kowaki is utterly entranced.
